GENERAL QUERIES

1. Are these authentic candles and has scent?
Our candles are made from the best materials and is harmless to us. Yes, the candles do produce the described scent.

2. Can I order for a delivery to anywhere in the world?
Yes, you need to provide a valid phone number, email and delivery address. SS Supplies will email or call you for a verification after the payment fulfilment and prior to the delivery.

3. How can I contact SS Supplies? Where can I provide feedback about your site?
You can either call us at 0863625259 (9am – 6pm GMT +1:00) and speak to us or write to us at info@sssupplies.biz. To provide feedback on our website, please provide your comments on the feedback form the site.

1. How do I make payment for my orders?
Currently we accept the following methods of payment:

2. Do you accept credit/debit card payments?
No, currently we do not accept payment through credit/debit cards.

3. Do you accept cheques?
No, we do not accept cheques.

ORDERING / CANCELLATION / RETURNS / REFUND

1. What happens if an item I have ordered is out of stock?
a) If the item is out of stock, there will be a tag on the image of the product, which says “OUT OF STOCK”.

b) However, if the item goes out of stock after you have placed an order, you will be informed immediately via email.

c) If an item goes out of stock after you received order confirmation, then we will put forward our best attempt to fulfil the order by sourcing the selected item. In the event that we are unable to source it for you, or if it is likely to take longer than 10 days to ship, we will inform you about the delay and cancel the item, and reverse any charges made to your credit / debit card against that item.

2. Is there a limit to the quantity that I can order for?
No. However, in some cases where the order quantities are large, we may verify in order to ensure your security, to confirm that you have indeed ordered for these items.

3. Can I cancel an order or an item?
Yes, you can cancel the order fully or partially before it is shipped by writing in to info@sssupplies.biz or calling us at 0863625259 (9am – 6pm GMT +1:00).

4. Can I change shipping address of the order?
You can change the shipping address before your order is billed and shipped by writing in to info@sssupplies.biz or calling us at 0863625259 (9am – 6pm GMT +1:00).

5. What is your return/refund and replacement policy?
We offer a 10 days refund/replacement policy for products that are damaged. This is applicable to most products sold on www.sssupplies.biz

SHIPPING

Where do you deliver? Or; do you deliver to my city?
We deliver to all over the world. In order for your orders to reach you in timely order, please provide accurate delivery address and a valid phone number for verification.

What is your shipping policy?

What happens if I am not around during the delivery?
All deliveries are made during working days, and in the event that a delivery cannot be made on the estimated delivery date, the delivery agents will advice you on the coordination of the delivery.

What if only part of my order has arrived?
We ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to quantity of the product (i.e. a very large quantity ordered along with a small quantity, or different boxes of various products). If it is necessary to ship some items in your order separately, we shall inform you prior to shipping the order.

What if my order arrives damaged?
a) If you realise that the package is damaged before accepting the delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform us.
b) If you have accepted the delivery, and then realised that the package is damaged, please feel free to get in touch with us within 1 day of receiving the package.

Can I place an order for delivery to multiple addresses?
Yes, you will be able to place multiple orders for multiple addresses. However, there will be a separate charge for the different addresses as imposed by the delivery agent.

Can you hold my order for few days?
Please notify in the order form or inform us if there is a specific date on such exceptions, and we shall try our best to accommodate your instructions.

What are your shipping charges? Or; Are there any additional charges for delivery?

Does your product price include shipping charges?
No. We do not include Shipping Charges in the product cost. Once you have placed the order, we will notify you on the Shipping Cost. We do this in order to keep the product cost and shipping cost low.
